Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she quit her gymnastics. The Pro Card was granted a year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete, model, and sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. In just one year she earned her Professional Card aged 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, setting bigger targets each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel completed her first six years in competition to get her college diploma. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel likes working out her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, and the seated rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
